Level of Wellness

When you take the Beverly Coleman Wellness Self-Test (CWST) you will notice that the Body/Mind/Spirit way of looking at humans has been expanded to include the Emotional and Social aspects of our lives. This free wellness evaluation will inform you which  areas of your lifestyle we can give additional attention to during your vacation/Retreat with us.

Sedona’s Healing Vortexes

“There are several energy centers, or vortexes of subtle energy, located in the Sedona area. (In Sedona, the energy centers are referred to as vortexes rather than vortices.)  The energy from these vortexes saturates the whole area in and around Sedona, and can be noticed in a subtle but general way anywhere around town.

If you actually go to one of the vortex sites, which is where the energy is strongest, it can be a very uplifting experience.  The energy you take in at one of these energy centers can stay with you and affect you positively for days afterwards.

Mini-Wellcare Plan

A personalized plan to optimize your energy and wellbeing — whether you are sick or well. Includes recommendations for nutrition, exercise, herbs and other helpful life style changes.

Wellness Tea Party

On your last day,  we have a party with delicious, healthy foods.  There is also a fun review of many self-care skills you have learned during your stay with us plus any additional information  your group requests.  We make sure everyone leaves the  Retreat with  a good understanding of how and why they will benefit by adding  the following wellcare skills to their  lifestyle.

  • Herbal Teas, Extracts, Pills
  • Acupuncture  and Self-Massage
  • Essential oils
  • Sounds and affirmations
  • Deep breathing and  Stretching
  • Calm and stress-free emotions and decision-making
  • Meditation  and Visualization
Lodging

We prefer all of a group’s participants stay at the same lodging where we also maintain a convenient hospitality room for some of our presentations and services.  We prearrange special Retreat rates with the facility we select for your group.  Retreat guests should call the designated facility direct to make reservations and pay for lodging arrangements.  This is because some people prefer singles or to determine with whom they share a room.  Some guests also want to adjust their arrival or departure dates/times and plan extended vacation days here in Sedona and/or take advantage of hotel special spa/dining packages.
