The Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services is an education and wellness promotion service. The mission of the Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services is to provide those who seek our online and onsite services with greater self-understanding, self-help strategies and a variety of complementary pathways on which to journey toward optimal wellness. Staff members of the Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services are primarily educators, multi-disciplinary counselors, auxiliary and/or licensed and/or alternative health care providers.

The Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services are different from and complementary to conventional Western medical services. The unique educational and wellness promotion consultations, [alternative] treatments and retreats in no way preclude the need for extensive face to face medical examinations, diagnostics, diagnoses and customary treatment protocols.

By using Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services, you agree to abide by the Terms, Conditions and Procedures stipulated throughout the Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services web site, particularly those described below:

Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services online PATIENTS WITHOUT MAJOR HEALTH CHALLENGES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A face -to- face alternative or conventional Western medical examination and evaluation. Therefore, the Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services staff may not be aware of facts or information that could affect the subsequent wellcare planning. TO REDUCE THE RISK OF THIS LIMITATION, The Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services STRONGLY ENCOURAGES YOU TO FORWARD YOUR RECENT (WITHIN THE PAST 12 MONTHS) MEDICAL RECORDS TO Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services AT THE TIME OF YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION. FURTHER THAT YOU SHARE THE WELLNESS RECOMMENDATIONS YOU RECEIVE FROM Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services WITH YOUR LOCAL MEDICAL PHYSICIAN OR PRIMARY LICENSED HEALTH PRACTITIONER.

Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services PATIENTS WITH MAJOR HEALTH CHALLENGES and/or SYMPTOMS ASSOCIATED WITH MAJOR ILLNESSES, require onsite consultations and complementary evaluations – using evaluation modalities that are generally alternative to conventional Western bio-medicine. Further, the Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services REQUIRES THAT PATIENTS WITH MAJOR HEALTH CHALLENGES SEND A RECENT (within 6 months) WESTERN CONVENTIONAL MEDICAL REPORT (including an examination, diagnostics and treatment protocol Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services BEFORE THE INITIAL ONSITE CONSULTATION If said report is not available, the Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services will refer the patient to a medical associate for the necessary medical evaluation and opinion. Because the time out of town patients can spend with the Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services is limited and intermittent, face-to-face visits ongoing monitoring is often limited to electronic consultations. THE DIAGNOSIS THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IS LIMITED AND PROVISIONAL.

BY DECIDING TO ENGAGE THIS SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ASSUME THE RISK OF THESE LIMITATIONS. YOU FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE HAS BEEN MADE by the Beverly Coleman's Wellness Services CONCERNING ANY PARTICULAR RESULTS OR CURES.
