Basic Wellness Retreat

For those with specific health challenges that are not adequately managed by conventional medical alone: osteoarthritis, diabetes, heart and circulatory problems, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, minor depression, women’s/men’s health issues, allergies, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s

Participants will experience how to increase their wellness dramatically by using alternative/complementary strategies and self-care. In addition to the 15 point Retreat package above, the Wellness Retreat Plus includes

  • Medical education and understanding about your personal health challenge(s)
  • Introduction to integrative/complementary healthcare strategies and therapies
  • Introduction to how herbs, supplements, alternative treatments, special diets and exercises can enhance your wellness
  • Personal Health Records folder including wellness and self-care information specific to your health challenge. (We encourage you to share this up-to-date, scientific information with your MD.)

For families, social clubs, clinics, associations, religious or professional groups, etc.  Beverly Coleman is anxious to work with you to meet your special needs and requests.  The Custom Wellness Retreat includes the above 15 point Retreat package.  In addition, there are countless activities and services we can add according to your interests and goals.   • Early Bird (Full) Registration one month before your Retreat = $100 deduction
  • Bring 7 paid-in-full participants = Your fee will be only $250
  • Returning Retreat guests receive a 20% fee reduction
  • Retreats limited to 12 participants. Non-refundable fees must be received in full 2 weeks before
    your Retreat.
  • There is a $100 charge for cancellations and you may apply the balance of your paid fee to a future Retreat or to a personal Wellcare Plan.
