THE GIFT
in the long run you will save  hundreds of  $$  and avoid daily contact with many additives and pesticides that contribute to cancer by just doing this:

 

          (1)

Use your yard, patio or balcony to grow your own pesticide free lettuce, kale, spinach, mustard greens,  collards, turnip tops, herbs for cooking.  Just put some organic soil in a planting pot or box, sow and lightly cover your seeds, water daily and watch it grow!
 

         (2)

Make your own shampoo  by mixing 1/2 part pure castile liquid soap and 1/2 part strong herbal tea using  rosemary,  

chamomile, mint
or nettles

 
         (3)

Make your  own  deodorant using 1/3  part  bicarbonate  of  soda and 2/3 part cornstarch. Mix well, apply lightly underarms with a shaker or puff

 
         (4)
Make your own mouth wash with 3 drops of "T-tree" essential oil in 1/2 cup of water
