Fees and Cancellation Policy
The full fee for the Phenomenal Women's Wellness Retreat is $1800.
This fee includes all meals, activities, amenities, local transportation and services listed in the "Agenda and What You Can Expect."
This fee does not include Transportation to Sedona, hotel charges or listed "Personal Services."
Once you arrive all of your needs will me met at no additional cost.
Fee adjustments are listed below
- Early Bird (Full) Registration one month before your Retreat = $100 deduction
- Bring 7 paid-in-full participants = Your fee will be only $250 (please call for details)
- Returning Retreat guests receive a 20% fee reduction
Retreats limited to 12 participants.
Non-refundable fees must be received in full 2 weeks before your Retreat.
There is a $100 charge for cancellations and you may apply the balance of your paid fee to a future Retreat or to a personal Wellcare Plan.
Note about non-refundable fees: This Retreat is so Phenomenal -- with many unprecedented amenities, services and activities that
must be preplanned. Each participant's health challenges and needs are considered as our staff begins planning, purchasing and working
for YOU.
If for any reason WE must cancel the Retreat, you will receive a full refund within seven (7) days after the scheduled date of the Retreat.
